HIGH REFINED SUGAR JUNK FOOD!

These shakes have a whopping 11 GRAMS of added refined sugars!!! So per 800 Kcal shake diet, you would be consuming in excess of 44 GRAMS OF SUGAR PER DAY!!! That's well over 1.2KILOS OF SUGAR PER MONTH. Even the 'Low Sugar' shakes have been replaced with artificial sweeteners which have the same hormonal response as sugar, but because it isn't sugar it's harder for your body to deal with. So, if you are diabetic or pre-diabetic rethink Exante because it's EXANTE IS PURE JUNK FOOD!!!!

Although I am more a bar than shake person, if I want a shake, this and the cinnamon swirl are the ones I head for. This has a lovely blend of coffee and coconut, it is delicious blended with ice on a summer day. Forget Starbucks or Costa, try this instead. 10/10 from me.
