Delicious
5I really like the choc mint cookie and the flapjack but I was unsure about this cookie. I have now found that this cookie is my favourite, it is a lovely sweet treat to have as a lunch bar with a hot drink. I find it quite filling too.

My favourite bar!
5I have been buying Exante products for 18 months now. I did the 800 calorie diet at the start of March 2020 and in 3 months I went from 12.5 stone to 10 stone, and I went down 2 dress sizes to a size 12. I now have the products twice a day and eat the same meal as my family in the evenings. I have stayed at 10 stone by doing this. Of all the bars I buy, Cookies and Cream is my absolute favourite. It has a good chocolate flavour without being too sweet. I mainly eat a bar for lunch, and have buy lots of different ones to choose from, but this one I eat at breakfast too, instead of the Exante lemon pancake, another favourite, or cinnamon porridge. It Is great with my morning cappuccino.

Nice flavour but dry
3The flavour is quite nice and the bar is very filling but it’s SO dry, you need a glass of water to hand as every couple of bites you need a big gulp to wash it down.

Terrible, Sawdust-like, the smell makes me gag.
1Horrible, nasty, just... terrible. AVOID if you have tastebuds. I wasn't expecting it to taste amazing since its a meal replacement bar, but this is awful. The texture was dry as anything, and the horrid taste, I genuinely retch remembering it. I was hopeful but I couldn't stand it. Wish I could get my money back. Big mistake.

Perfect for breakfast
5These cookies and cream bars have been a lifesaver over the past few weeks. I have been working long days, had deadlines to meet and had early starts. So the convenience of just taking a bar with me for breakfast has just made this period 10x easier. They taste a lot better than the double chocolate bars, plus, they are quite filling, especially after being on a total shake diet for 2 weeks! I have just restocked, as these are now a must-have for my weight loss journey!
