Love anything coconut but these are very much like all other company's vlcd shakes, very artificial tasting with an awful aftertaste. Avoid

This is by far the best shake. It makes a delicious breakfast and goes with anything else you might fancy in the morning. But it is perfect as a replacement meal in the evening because it’s got the most substance of any of the shakes and fills you up. Genuinely with 400ml of water it doesn’t taste diluted at all and I am a big foodie so very impressed.
