Nice and coconutty, refreshing.
4I like this shake but like all the shakes, it's way too thick if you just add the 200mls of water as directed. I add 300mls of cold water and top up to 400mls with ice. This still makes a nice thick shake and you het more to enjoy. Win win!

5This isso delicious mixed with ice and blended. The taste is delicious; cocounutty but delicate and not too strong a flavour. Creamy too. Doesn't taste like you are depriving yourself at all! My favourite flavour so far.

Very nice mild flavour
4This is a nice and tasty shake, with a mild coconutty flavour. Kind of smells like holidays to me. The low sugar coconut smoothie has a stronger coconut flavour if that is what you like. This is nice and creamy. Like coconut cream.

Bliss in 200 calories
5I really enjoy this shake it is very creamy and the coconut taste is perfect, it is like going on a mini holiday every time. Mix half of this with half of a chocolate one for a drinkable guilt free coconut chocolate bar treat! Or put the two sachets together and share with another like my Husband and I do. We add a handful of ice with each shake and this makes a guilt-free treat that tastes just like a fast food drink, we mix it in a blender that crushes ice. I split my shakes up, as the human body doesn't recognize it is eating for the first 20 mins I take my time and have 1/4 every 5-10 mins, meaning my body recognizes I am eating. I have lost 18lbs in 3.5 weeks on the plan, with little to no exercise, I have never lost weight this quickly or easily! Highly recommend Exante!
