Great tasting, didn't feel hungry.
5I have been doing the exante very low calorie diet for 1 week now and have lost 8 pounds! Of course will power is needed in abundance but I can honestly say that I have never felt hungry. I am taking a combination of the meal replacement bars and shakes. The creamy coconut shake is one of my favourites. Made with ice in a blender it is like a coffee shop treat. I also love that you make up the shakes with water and don't need a constant store of skimmed milk as with other shake diets.

Gorgeous & Creamy
5The coconut shake is fast becoming my favourite! Lovely flavour that isn't artificial tasting, as some others can be. I make it up in a blender with lots of ice, goes nice & thick & creamy.Thumbs up Exante!

5Wow. Who knew a diet shake could taste so nice? This is one of my favourite. I sometimes mixed with 300ml of water and its still thick. Taste grrreeaaatt

Beautiful shake
5I had a fantastic selection of shakes but I have to say this one was really lovely and I would deffinatly continue using exante . I'm having such positive results and because it tastes so nice I will be buying again X
