5I can be a bit on the fussy side with VLCD foods, I tend to find the savoury options all taste the same, not great. I usually find the sweeter shakes and bars are more to my liking and this flavour doesn't disappoint, if you didn't tell me it was a protein diet shake I'd never have guessed 10/10

Favourite shake
5i originally tried lots of the exante shakes and have to say this is my favourite. I have one for breakfast every other morning and i have vanilla the rest. This one is sweet, thick and just tastes amazing, it keeps me full for five to six hours and as someone who didn't used to eat breakfast i find it easy to drink these in the morning.

Creamy and filling
5This is one of my favourite flavour shakes . It has a lovely flavor and I find it filling. I always make the shake then pop in the freezer for a bit . I fin by doing that it's even more like a thick milkshake

Nice Flavour
5I have started Exante after completing cambridge a year ago and not being happy with results. The flavours are so much more restricted on other VLCD and you find when they do go for a great flavour the taste somehow is compromised. I have drank my first shake this morning and Creamy Coconut was the one I was most excited about. I had every reason to be! Great flavour, a really good consistency shake. Exante is amazing value and quality , I would recommend anyone on other VLCD to try it .

5I bought this as a change from banana and vanilla and I love it it's sweet no nasty after taste and I find it filling. Definitely one of my favourites!

5I blend all my shakes with ice. This is delicious ice cold, it's just like coconut ice cream. Scrummy!

5Great for coconut lovers. This is one shake that doesn't seem too much different from the pre-Gluten free version. Personally I'd like a little more of a coconut flavour, but that might not be to everyone's taste. It's really delicious. If you like coconut, give it a try. I've also mixed half a packet of coconut shake and half chocolate shake together for a chocolate/coconut shake. It's fiddly and I do it on my electronic scales and save the other half for the next day, but it's definitely worth the trouble if you like Bounty bars. I also like the banana and lemon cheesecake shakes, and with the coconut, these are my favourite shakes.

No shake bottle
4Recived my shakes yesterday. Had my first shake for breakfast today. Only one problem i never got my free shake bottle.
