It’s great fun doing the Exante diet I need to loose some pounds and inches as I’m a diabetic need to loose it and I’m confident I’ll succeed . love all the Exante product the bars shakes and soups etc I have 3 or 4 a day it’s really brill I’m in Katosis which give me a natural high one of my favourites is the lemon bar it really is a tasty tangy mouthwatering treat and it satisfyingly delicious yummy yummy check it out cheers Woody

So pleased to have found the Exante diet. The packs are varied and tasty and excellent value for money. A whole months supply for less than 1 week of a previously used vlcd! I have just received my second month's supply. Already down a whole dress size(and some). Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to try a vlcd.

I absolutely love this bar. I usually have in the fridge so when I'm tempted for that chocolate fix I have half a bar with a beanie black coffee.I also put this bar in my bag when I go out for the day so when I meet friends for coffee / gossip I have my Exante double chocolate bar!!! The replacement bar along with the shakes has helped me lose weight over the last 2 months, 29 pounds so far!
