Being new to the diet, this was one of the first bars that catches your eye. I mean double chocolate, who wouldn't? I found quite delicious and found the best way was to take small bites at a time as they're rather tasty and filling. Oh, top tip, stick them in the fridge...Yummy!!

Keep this in the fridge. When craving chocolate, take out, chop into small squares. Make a pot of tea. Enjoy. By my fourth square, my craving has gone. The tea quenches the thirst as well.

Hi all, I’m 45 soon and have tried every diet ever written. My weight had literally stuck !
