I have gone for the bars this time as I have tried the meals in the past found them inedible, they don't taste like what it says on the packet,but the bars are really nice. I have 3 bars a day never hungry my favorite bar is the chocolate caramel crunch,the lemon bars are great for breakfast. Have been on the diet for 6weeks and have lost 23lb which I am very pleased about

Absolutely love these bars! Ideal for when you feel like a bar chocolate.my favourite is cutting up into pieces putting into a bowl and microwaving for 60seconds! Warm gooey chocolate what more could you ask for!

I love these bars! I got some in a shakes and bars pack and its by far my favourite product in the pack. To the point where I've only got one left! May need to purchase the 50 box... I love the texture, it's thick ever so slightly chewy. Makes you really feel like you've eaten a huge slice of chocolate fudge cake!

The chocolate on the outside is lovely, I was so excited to eat this bar because it smells amazing too. The part I wasn't so keen on was the chocolate flavoured filling, I didn't like the texture or flavour, the texture is like marzipan and because i ate all the chocolate from the outside it was quite bland. This is the only product I've not enjoyed so far though.

Maybe im just easily please or in a positive mind set but ive liked all products so far,ive tried 5 different bars,5 soups and 7shakes,none have been disappointing. Im following the plan because im greedy and unhealthy so if these meal replacements are full of what my body needs then i can manage the taste of vitamins or the thickness,you adapt and change the way you think and feel towards food! Food is fuel not all fun im afraid!!!
