These bars tick all the right boxes. So day 1 and I'd had 2 shakes, I really couldn't see how this bar would fill me up, I had mentally prepared myself to still be hungry, and thought about maybe having a cookie as well. How wrong can you be? Tasted delicious, like a right little treat - almost like I shouldn't be having it. And, strangely enough, there I was full up. What kind of voodoo witchcraft can this be? Something that tastes so good ( I mean it's chocolate, how can it taste anything but good ) And it helps you lose weight ! Result. Now I slice the bars up, just to prolong the tasting process.
