4This satisfies any cravings for Chocolate. Small but very filling .Mostly enjoy one in the evening when relaxing, no need for temptation then

A bit too sweet
4I do enjoy the cookie range however I find this particular flavour too sweet. I love chocolate and the bar is filling but it can be a bit dry and the sweetness overload sometimes makes me feel a bit nauseous after eating. I tend to eat these in the afternoon if I am feeling a bit tired and need a sugar hit. Tried dunking in black coffee or tea seems to make it more digestible.

Not impressed
2I didn't like this cookie at all. The taste isn't pleasant and neither is the texture. I am yet to find any of the bars that I like. That being said I think 95% of the shakes and smoothies are delicious and there is more than enough variety to do the diet completely with shakes and no meal replacements
