4After reading some reviews I opened up the gooey chocolate pudding with a little less hope than I had started with. However, after one reviewer helpfully mentioned that they cook it for a little less, I followed the advice and then really enjoyed it. (It's not entirely what you expect and I don't think it would have been as nice if I hadn't have read a previous review warning me not to microwave it for a minute and a half. Instead for around a minute or so.) The pudding itself, in my opinion is very nice especially considering most diets don't allow you to have anything chocolate, and once I got used to the slightly different taste, I often enjoy a pudding in the evening feeling like I'm cheating when really I'm not at all, and that makes keeping to the diet a lot easier.

Surprised
5I am not a lover of any of the chocolate products, so I tasted this with trepidation. To my surprise it actually is tasty. Advise is to cook it for 10 seconds less than recommended.

very chocolatey
4First attempt and came out decent enough. Very chocolatey flavour..I didnt find it eggy at all..unlike some reviewers. Made it in a high sided bowl so seemed a little less sensitive to cooking times. Still gooey in middle but could have done with 10 secs less. Next time am sure will be perfect and cant wait to try the caramel.

Cake lovers
4I would definitely recommend this one to anyone who loves their cakes and puddings. As a nice chocolatey taste and the sponge was actually a decent texture. I wasnt keen on the gooey middle when eaten on its own but if you combine it was the sponge its so chocolatey.

Naughty but nice
5I eat this every morning for breakfast. Feels totally naughty and decedent, a fabulous start to the day. Watch cooking times, and check frequently as if overcooked, it's a disaster

It's a no from me...
2So it probably didn't help that by 50 seconds of cooking time my microwave had turned this into something with the texture of a bath sponge (and of course no gooey middle) but despite that I found it tasted synthetic and salty (I've said before, I'm very over sensitive to salty tastes, I don't even know if it has salt in it!!). I might give it another go but to be honest I'll probably just stick to my shakes and savoury dishes! Ps three weeks in and I've lost 15.5lbs and feeling so much better already, excited about losing the rest!

Not nice
1Personally I don't like this one at all. It looked like it was going to be nice, yet the taste let it down. It's a shame as I normally love chocolate

Always a treat!
5I love these and I usually prefer savoury to sweet. You need to be careful with the cooking time though, I usually peer through the microwave door and open it every 10 seconds to make sure it doesn't overcook. The best is when there is still a bit of the mixture that is liquid (looks like it's underdone) and then you stir it into the cake to make it a deliciously moist chocolate pud!
