This was my first shake. I was so happy! When I last did a similar diet, there was only chocolate and strawberry shakes so this was such a nice surprise! I expected the cardboard rubbish flavour! So glad I gave it a go

This shake is bearable, and I'm glad to read other reviews saying they thought something was wrong with the shaker because of the smell. It was the same kind of smell, but feint, like if you haven't washed a protein shake out for a day or so. Kind of rancid-y.... but, the shake went down relatively easily.
