One of my Favourites!
5This little spicy pot is so flavoursome that is has become one of my absolute favourites now. The flavours are just the right level of spicy and will all of the different ingredients the balance is wonderful, and it is also very filling. So easy to make, just add water and seal for 5 minutes, stir and enjoy! Great if you are out with friends, at work or on the go! Brilliant!

5Just love the pancakes for breakfast set me up for the morning. I love the strawberry and banana shake is 1 of my favourite flavours, but i so like most of them.

5These daal pots shouldn't be on a VLCD. They're fantastic. Great smell, satisfying texture and moreish taste - really feels like more of an indulgence than a compromise. Ok, it's not the same as eating a real Indian daal but then the feeling afterwards isn't the same either - I can eat this guilt-free and not be bloated or feel too full later. A rarity on a 'diet', these daal pots are a real treat.

Love these little bad boys!
5I always use a bit of pepper and Worcestershire in this its delicious! TIP: Leave it longer than 5 mins and everything is cooked just right. I know we are trying to be plastic free but the top definitely needs to be more protected as just comes with thick foil on top and easily broken. Goes well with skinny rice too if you want to bulk it out :) Exante I think you should start selling these and your own sauces ;-)

Filling hot pot
5Love this pot meal, filling, great flavour, I add garlic too (try lazy garlic), easy to prepare, hot water to line, stir, wait 5 mind then enjoy!!!

5This is one of the best savoury meal replacements they have in my opinion. By day 3, I was in dire need of something savoury and this was perfect. It has a nice curry taste and a slightly strong flavour. Its not too overpowering.
