My go-to lunch choice

For ease and convenience this is my choice for lunch most days. Boil the kettle and let it stand for a few minutes. I'm used to spicy food so I add chilli flakes and garlic paste for extra bite and a scoop of chopped coriander for that authentic taste. It's a satisfying lunch and helps me keep my calories down.

I have to say that this is delicious. It packs a good flavour and is reasonably filling bearing in mind that there isn't much of it! In the cold weather this is a really nice hot meal. I can definitely recommend this one if you like a curry flavour.
