4Very tasty and lovely texture with the rice and lentils. Very easy to prepare, too. I would go to five stars if the sauce was a little creamier.

Indian Daal pot meal
4It's not about being vegetarian, this meal is about flavour,texture and taste, who new beans could feel that hunger pangs without the meat. Filling, full of body and pre-cooked to perfection a must have for a healthy lifestyle. A joy to eat I would recommend to everyone.

5Very easy to take to work as in pot and just add water and taste really nice and filling, buing a lot of these and never get bored.

5Seriously delicious, it's not like a meal replacement at all. Easy to prepare and full of flavour, not really spicy but just tasty. Feels very satisfying!

5This is by far my favourite exantediet meal, it has SO much flavour, and has a nice thick consistency when cooked. really nice smell and taste, definitely recommend :)

It's like diet comfort food!
5This has to be my favourite meal in VLCD, all that's needed is a little sprinkle of pepper or a dash of Tabasco sauce and that's it! It's so warming and not over powering with spices so don't worry about heartburn lol! I actually look forward to eating this and it's really satisfying! What more could you ask for in a diet! Lol

Pot of Hot! Yum...
4I like this one, could do with some more spice, so I add my own. It's nice, not the nicest but you do feel as though you've eaten and you're not hungry after.
