Was really nicely surprised with this. Not sure what I expected but whatever it was it excelled my expectations. Tasty and filling. A lovely spicy tasty change to the shakes and bars.

Now if this wasn't fragrant i would LOVE it. It's my own fault I should have read the label. I enjoyed the consistency as it kept me feeling really full and it's so handy it's in a pot as it's less hassle in work (i wish more meals had a pot!!) For me it was too fragrant but that's just my taste!
