Too spicy!!!
1So hot and spicy that I have to take my time and drink at the same time. I can barely eat it at all. The taste is like someone has overdone it with curry powder, this is the worst I've tried out of all I've already tired, and I'm not normally a fussy eater that's why I've loved this diet but literally it's really hard to eat, the other one is going in the bin I think. Disappointing.

So so bad!
1This is without doubt the worst thing I’ve ever tried to eat, I’m not a fussy eater , and when you embark on these kind of diet plans you have to accept that life is going to be a little difficult and you will not be enjoying eating. It is just eating to stay alive, but oh my lord! This was so awful I actually couldn’t physically put it in my mouth a forced about half of it down but it was just terrible.. it made me heave... I’ve enjoyed other stuff I’ve had to eat from here but this sadly wasn’t good... to sloppy...

Perfectly fine
3Filling and perfectly acceptable. I think if you think of this more as a thick indian curry inspired soup then it will be closer to your expectations. Quite spicy which I like but might be a bit much for some

2Even though it's very filling, it's far too spicy! It looks nothing like the picture either. Its more like baby food. Unfortunately I will be putting my other sachets in the bin.

Curry
1This is really really bad I would rather eat nothing than eat this meal. It's so spicy a bowl of mush. It had to go in the bin not for me one bit.

Horrid!
1Made as per instructions and it’s just so sloppy & watery! Yuk! Put it in a pan with garlic and chilli to thicken it up. This is vile and I struggled to eat it! My other packet will be going in the bin!

One of the better meal replacements, medium spice heat.
4OK, yes it doesn't look like something you would eat, rather something you would clean up after your cat! This aside, it does taste OK (remember this is VLCD food) and feels like a meal. As always, due to the appetite suppressants I am never hungry on this diet so neither feel full or hungry after eating any of the products. Just feel like something is missing when eating it, popadoms, mango chutney, naan bread onion bhaji etc etc :0) Its a good compromise when on this diet.

One of the tastiest meals
5I love curry so was pleased to discover this. One of the few meals I didn’t need to add extra spices to. A distinct and quite spicy flavour. I topped it with sliced red peppers for a bit of freshness.

Hot and Bland
2Unfortunately another Exante meal replacement that almost made it. It is spicy but still a bit bland. I needed to add as many seasoning as I could, but it is not the worst I have ever tasted compared to some of the others. Probably best o make this in the pan as the consistency seems to be better than dumping hot water in and putting in the microwave. I added a cardammon seed to give it a bit more flavour and it was ok but Exante..... it could be better.

Disappointed
1This is just disgusting . Consistancy of baby food, rice is almost non-existant and hard. It’s the taste that lets it down so artificial. Won’t get this one again.
