Overpowering sweetener taste
1Tastes stale and too much sweeter. The system is working but. You have to try things and some like this are horrid

Easy and tasty lunch
5These bars are brilliant for lunch at work. Tasty, and surprisingly satisfying. I find it best to nibble them rather than eat quickly as it seems to fill me more.

5This is the best diet I've tried because the shakes are so tasty and made with water means you can take it out with you I'm not a great eater and eat at the wrong times but I look forward to meal times now it's like a thick McDonalds milk shake I've lost a stone and a half in the first month just another one I will be so proud of myself for sticking with it wasn't ad hard as people say so if you want a quick start this is definitely the best diet to do Good luck everyone

Refreshing breakfast bar
4I love the bars from Exante they are great to eat on the go, yummy and this one is a refreshing treat. It is a cereal type bar, so has a toasted rice-like consistency, that makes it perfect for breakfast. There is a thin layer of yogurt (or something that tastes just like it) on the bottom that is very creamy and adds a lovely taste. I cannot believe this treat is guilt free and just over 200 calories especially as this bar is huge! It is much bigger than the chocolate bar. I nibble at my bars and take around 30 mins to eat, or if I am at home I cut them into cubes. The human body takes 20 mins to recognize it is eating, so eating it in this manner means I am for fuller longer. However, these bars are so big they are also filling as well as tasty. I have lost 18lbs in 3.5 weeks on the plan, with no exercise, I have never lost weight this quickly or easily! Highly recommend Exante to anyone who listens to me.
