Milk shake
5Cheesecake milk shake is great. You would really think your have a real cheesecake. All the shakes are great and I would never have lost so much weight with out extante. Due to having stage 4 kidney disease I need to lose weight to be able to have a kidney transplant. And thanks to the help from the shakes and exercise I will be able to go ahead once a match is found.

5I wasn't really sure if this would taste nice, I'm now fully convinced. Out of one pack you can get two decent sized pancakes. They keep you full for long without any cravings. I'm truly impressed!!

5The Lemon Cheesecake Smoothie is my favourite flavour of the shakes I have had so far. I often make this with very little water but lots of ice in my Ninja so it ends up like soft ice cream

blast from the past
5This took me back. I remember a pudding from my childhood, hot lemon with biscuits on the top. This was so like it. Absolutely loved it. Its definitely on my list for future orders. As for weight loss, I've lost 3lb in a week. Shakes and health dinners. Simple to take and will slot into my work lifestyle very easily when I'm able to return.
