5These pancakes have a delicate lemon flavour which you can boost with a little extra lemon juice to taste. I love them with a sprinkling of cinnamon and a few blueberries. Great at any time of day

4These pancakes are delicious! Not so great cooked in frying pan As doesn’t cook the middle properly but fantastic In a waffle maker.
