Disappointed
1I was looking forward to this breakfast for a change from the shakes because to be honest with you I have had other shakes that filled me up for longer…. but they are nice and have a good variety but these pancakes I ended up throwing in the bin after the first couple of bites… very disappointed feel like I have wasted my money

Where have these been all my diet life!
5Fluffy, lemony goodness! Have these for breakfast with a cup of coffee and there so filling I don’t feel like I’m dieting. Going to make these a regular on my shopping list. I prefer to make one giant pancake makes me feel like I’m eating more that I am. Gives me good energy for work.

My latest favourite
5Until I found this little beauty, the chocolate pudding was my favourite. Now though I have changed alliance to this new find! So filling, so lemony. Don't put the whole lot into the pan, make 3 or 4 small ones and stack them onto your plate. If this is dieting, then it's for me. Going to try something savoury next, like the pizza base.

So Yummy!!
5These are pretty much my go-to daily breakfast whenever I do the diet. I either add some berries, or a nice thick slice of ham. With a cup of coffee these really keep me filled until lunch without needing a snack of any kind. As another reviewer mentioned, it can be hit or miss as to how much water you really need. When you get used to the ideal texture then you find yourself knowing that you require a little more water. I always find that I need an extra glass of water after breakfast.
