This is one of the best meals that Exante have to date. Very easy to make, low in calories, looks and tastes delicious and doesn't leave you feeling hungry afterwards. I found it to be a generous portion for an evening meal.

Been on the diet for a month adn lost 5.5kg. I use these for supper or lunch and two shakes for the other meals. I supplement with two portions of 200g of fresh green veg. Its a great diet programme and it's working.

Yes this isn't as good as really pasta bolognese, but for 200 calories it's pretty darn amazing! Decent amount of pasta in the pot and the taste was pretty good. Smelt delicious as well. Will definitely be adding this to my weekly order

In a word, would I buy again... Yes. Not as tasty as other dehydrated diet Bolognese meals I've tried, however not bad nonetheless. A bit of seasoning was needed.Texture is okay. Really handy for the work place. At it's current price I would only buy as part of a deal.
