Pasta Carbonara
1If I could give this no star I would. It was the worst thing I have ever eaten. It tasted burnt yet sweet and of vanilla, while trying to be savoury. Yuk!!

Not much pasta
3Reviewing these as i try them for the first time! I found this very similar to a few other meals, as in the picture gave me the impression there was a fair bit of pasta coated in Carbonara sauce. I actually found it to be the other way round. A thick Carbonara sauce with a little pasta. I made it as the instructions and found it very nice and quite filling! Never had issues with hard lumps or dry pasta like some have found. Will be ordering again

Pasta carbonara
5This is my favourite of all the products - it looks, smells and tastes delicious. Probably the bigger contributing factor to my 4 stone weight loss to date.

Just don’t!
1Honestly, this is inedible. I didn’t even manage to swallow the first mouthful. It smells vile and tastes just as bad. Such a shame. I think I’m going to just cook low cal savoury meals instead of buying savoury meal packs. Decided on a strawberry jam and yoghurt crunch bar instead - which is gorgeous might I add.

So disappointed!
1I'm sorry but this is absolutely vile. I'm so disappointed. It smelled a lot better in the packet than everything else does, so I had high hopes! I managed two mouthfuls before I was physically heaving and almost sick. It's just disgusting, and the awful after taste stays for hours. This is the fourth meal I've tried and found absolutely disgusting and inedible. The only one I can just about stomach so far is the sweet and sour noodles. Think I'll have to just stick to the chocolate shake and the caramel crunch bars which are just about edible!

Yuck
1The smell is incredibly offputting, it smells like plastic and has the same after taste. Weird texture and hard 'pasta' bits. Not nice.

Please Remember
4This dish is quite nice. I added garlic powder, salt and 4 pepper mix but only a pinch of the last two. I let it stand before putting it in the microwave and I think that because I did this, there were no gritty bits. I tell myself that it's not going to taste like the original pasta Carbonara but if it did, what would be the point? I'd just be shoveling it down as before. It's a nice little meal and it did fill me up but I always eat these meals with a one litre jug of water to hand.

Yuck - not like food!
1Really disliked this. It was cloying, sweet, with a really unpalatable taste and texture. Nothing like pasta or carbonara! I tried adding some microwaved veg to use it more like a sauce, but even then I couldn't manage more than a couple of spoonfuls (thankfully a trusty meal bar was at hand!)

1Texture and taste not nice at all, plus the pasta was still a little hard once 'cooked'.
