Not the best.
1Made up as packet specified the smell was promising however this product will bubble over in the microwave stage so cover it well, when it came to eating what a disappointment. The taste wasn't that great, more like a thick soup than an actual meal and it leaves a really odd salty aftertaste that's hard to get rid of. Made it halfway through and binned the rest. Do not recommend.

Nothing like the pic
3I cooked this on the hob to make sure the pasta was cooked and soft. Not a bad product and edible. Picture has much more pasta than actual.

Lucious cheesyness (a little salty)
4This was a thick, cheesy, dollop of loveliness. Although a little salty. The “pasta” was a little crunchy, needed more tome to absorb the liquid to soften.

1I found this meal revolting. Nothing like the picture. It is too stodgy and very grainy tasting. Nothing like carbonara!

Needs tweaking but not terrible.
3When I first started exante (2016) this was my all time favourite product. The spirals of pasta were great and the taste was strong and delicious. I was disappointed when I tried this adaption of the original this year when I started exante again. On its own it’s stodgey and grainy and the flavour is too strong. To counteract this, I made up some stock with a chicken oxo cube and poured it in once it was finished in the microwave. I also added some garlic salt and pepper to taste. Not only is the pasta now cooked to perfection, but it tastes like cream of chicken soup. Yum.

Not a real carbonara , but I don’t mind it
4I am Italian so I was expecting something more similar to one of my favourite dishes ...Not really the same , but it’s better than other meal replacements that I tried before. The taste is strong , you can love it or hate it. Exante , the photo is misleading , you should show your customers the actual meal instead of this fake result.

Not nice
1First of all this doesn't come out anything like the picture. Imagine a sort of soup and at the bottom are tiny pieces of crunchy pasta. That is what you get. I ate it because I really didn't want to waste it or use another meal replacement, but I won't be buying it again. The taste really wasn't nice and it left an unpleasant after taste too. It's a thumbs down from me.

Disgusting
1I followed the review advice about adding seasoning such as garlic powder and a few chilli flakes and pepper. I was so looking forward to it but it was not to my taste.
