Gorgeous
5This soup is really gorgeous, so rich, creamy and satisfyingly tasty. On Low Cal week (TS) I made courgetti wth my spiralizer and made up this soup with less water and had the best courgetti carbonara ever... (I actually prefer veggie noodles to pasta... more flavour. If you haven't tried making spiralised noodles and pasta, do give it a go. The Helmsley and Helmsley Sprializer is excellent and so handy for adding 'pasta and rice' to low calorie low carb sauces for maintenance and low cal week.

Very filling
5I bought these as an addition to the 4 week bars and shakes pack. I love them, they are very tasty and very filling for what is basically a cuppa soup. I love them for my tea because it seems like a proper meal.

5I bought a box of 7 originally and loved them so much I bought a box of 50. Lovely and thick, this is my lunch time meal every day, they are so filling as well.

5This soup is by far the best of them all, deliciously creamy, filling and flavoursome with nice substance and a bit of bite. I would recommend this 100%. Even if you're not sure, just buy one to try. Trust me you will be hooked 
