5Now I like the bars but there are times when I want more than just one flavour so I chop mine into as many small pieces as I can usually 10 or 12 and then I mix 3 of 4 flavours together so I have 12 pieces again, bag them and freeze them. Then when I am feeling the urge to 'pick' I take a bag out of the freezer make a cuppa and have my own assorted chocolate mix - works for me and since they are now almost solid they take a lot longer to eat! :-)

Peanut butter
5These r very filling I find cutting up n freezing them last longer very nice 4 sweet tooth best is to keep chewing to try n make it last longer it's lovely from a childhood peanut butter lover.

Not for me..
2I tried some of the bars to make a change from shakes and have to say I really didn’t like this one, they all have a funny taste to them but this one is very strong and not nice, I thought it would be my favourite as I love peanut butter but this has such a strong aftertaste it over powers the peanut butter.. my husband is eating them as it can cope with the taste but he doesn’t really like them either.

Peanut to my butter
5For someone who loves peanut butter but doesnt want feel guilty about it this is the perfect choice. I usually eat it together with a banana and it just makes me happy.

Tasty meals
5I really can recommend exante bars, meals, and shakes. I enjoy them all. I have a shake for breakfast and a bar in the evening. With a sandwich at lunch time and a main meal. I do this every other day. The days in between I have 4/5 exante meals. and in doing so I have lost a stone in 8 weeks. I am pleased I that Exante was recommended to me. Thank you .

Peanut bat
5I like the chewy texture and it tastes good. The bar is filling and chocolatey.
