Nice taste -especially with the maple syrup
4This has a lovely taste and with the maple syrup is really good. Timings often seem difficult to get right so have pebble dashed the microwave a few times.

Not too bad
4Not my fav product but have porridge every now and again It is different from real porridge obviously It's a strange sweet taste with the odd lump of oat but it's mainly smooth

Losing weight
5Exante diet products are so easy to use. The calorific values are already on the packets along with instructions for use of products. It's so easy! It works too, if you are not tempted to eat too many other things as well. I know that the only reason I may not have lost weight is because I do not stick to the requirements of 1200 calories a day. Who am I fooling? Only me. I am now serious about losing weight and am finding that I am losing weight. This is the only weight loss programme I have been able to follow. Thank you Exante! PS - and for the suggestion that exercise helps too.

Bars
3I have not yet tried the complete range but at present I am preferring the savoury products, especially the soups. The savoury scones/muffins are brilliant. One thing I am little disappointed with is the snack bars. I have used dietchef before and they have snack bars with far less calories in. .I am better with a counting calories diet.but I like a bar ocassionally mid meal not as a meal. I know this is my problem and I shouldhavenoticed that the bars said 'Meal Replacement'. For a pudding the 'gooey choc and the gooey sticky toffee' are amazing but again find it psychologically difficult just to have a pudding as a meal replacement. I have lost 4lbs since I started on June 15th so thats not bad. Thankyou

AMAZING!
5I used to think that all meal replacements taste like medicine until I came across Exante. Their products are amazing, and the porridge oats are perfect tasting and a perfect replacement to regular oats.
