4When I got the main meals in the box I was a little apprehensive. I cooked it up and gave it a go though and quite enjoyed it! I added a little extra water to make it more like a chilli flavoured soup and it really helped to keep me full. Definitely will be a regular buy.

Not bad
3I was expecting it to be a bit more substantial like the Indian Daal but there weren't any solid bits. Despite that, the paste it ended up making was decent tasting and easy to make. I might get it again for variation but I won't get too many.

4A satisfying core to a main meal: spicy and not homogenous. Meat free (as far as I can see) and therefore suitable for vegetarians. In my experience it needs a touch more water than the recommended amount but you can vary to taste as always.

5This is lovely, nice as a meal or ive made it into little patties with a salad and that's really nice too.
