Some bite
5Pretty decent as it comes. I like to add a teaspoon of chilli paste for some heat as it is very mild, and a few extra lentils. Decent consistency. One of the meals most like an actual meal.

Pretty good
3This one is pretty good and not too spicy (I added extra chilli flakes to mine). It has a nice flavour although a slight aftertaste of the protein. I would definitely have this one again, I may add more water than it states next time as it does go very thick once it starts to cool and I cant personally eat food piping hot so would prefer the initial texture.

Chilli that chills!
4This is very enjoyable and I serve it with a small portion of steamed veg. Just on more dish to add to the variety of meals available whilst on the diet.

5This is the nicest hot meal I think that exante do! It’s so tasty and unlike the others actually looks pretty similar to the picture on here, it’s really good and also lovely made into a burger style with a lettuce ‘bun’ would deffo recommend
