Really delicious
5Wow! I love this soup. Of all the Exante products I have tried so far, this is my favourite by far. It doesn't taste like a diet product at all and has a lovely texture. The flavour is subtle and tastes very like cream of chicken soup, with a slight hint of Thai spices. I added Tabasco and black pepper and it really brought the Thai flavour out. I also had a handful of chopped celery as 'croutons', which went really well. I felt full when I had finished the bowl. If I was served this not knowing it was a diet product I genuinely never would have guessed it was one! To get a lovely smooth texture with no granules left I put the powder in a bowl and slowly added the water whilst whisking with a small whisk. Top product!

Great taste..
4As a huge fan of any variation of Thai curry I thought that I would give this a go. The flavour was really great, subtle and all in all not 'diet' like at all. Then why isn't it a '5' rating? I simply couldn't get the texture quite right. I think that with a real blitz with a whisk at the start, rather than mixing with a fork, I will get the consistency better. I particularly like to have the soups when I am out and about and away from a kitchen & microwave. I was in M&S cafe and, armed with a small tea pot of hot water, made up my soup. Whilst it tasted great I needed to be able to whisk it better. I have now bought a tiny 'handbag whisk' (!!!) so will see if that helps. You don't get these problems with the pot meals when out though so I may just have to revert back to those.....

Red Thai Chicken Soup
5This soup is just gorgeous! It's so filling and warming on a cold winters night. I've had this soup twice now, and as with all Exante products, I genuinely look forward to a big bowl of this for dinner at night. The consistency is just perfect and does not need anything added such as salt or pepper. I would highly recommend this soup! It doesn't feel like I'm on a diet because I get to each such great tasting food. 10/10!

Lacking in flavour
4This mixed up ok and whilst it didn't taste bad in honesty it didn't taste of much to me! Lots of black pepper and chilli flakes made it much tastier so would use it again.

Much tastier than expected!
4I often find that soups aren't enough for lunch as they end up very watery and with not much flavour. This one has a lovely flavour (although I will personally add some tabasco next time) and it was nice and thick. It did end up quite lumpy, but I think that's down to me not stirring it properly...

Thai Chicken Soup
3Easily and quickly prepared. The taste is quite creamy, not what I would expect from a 'Red' Thai soup. It's quite filling for soup, and pleasantly consumed, although it was a little lumpy. . could be due to my minimal effort in stirring. It's nice as a one off, but wouldn't recommend it for an everyday choice

Great taste
5Fantastic tasting soup - a nice subtle Thai red curry flavour that doesn't have an overpowering taste of chilli. Great on a cold day!
