This is tasty but quite creamy so I bunged in some extra chilli flakes and Thai spice mix to up the ante. I'm on working solution so have used it as a sauce for chicken & veggies too. Yum. 'Specially when served with cauli rice.

Takes a bit of getting used to but I've grown to like this soup, it's filling and tasty. I spice it up a little by adding a dash of lemon juice, soy sauce and a sprinkle of crushed chillies and fresh coriander. Mixing fresh spinach in works nicely too if you feel like a bit of greenery.

Yes, it isn't very easy to make it completely smooth, a few lumps may remain, but they're not unpleasant. I don't find it very filling (that's probably why I am overweight), but just right for me. To improve it I add a couple of drops of tabasco and/or some shredded spring onion. It doesn't taste overly sweet, but I wish it didn't contain as much sugars as it does (almost one full tablespoon per portion). The vegetable soup has the same sugar content.

This soup is lovely, but I spoiled it by cooking skinny pasta and adding some to it. I do not like Skinny Pasta! AKA konjac noodles. Bleurgh, nasty, nasty, nasty. Soup is yum though. Waste of money... bought packs of Skinny Pasta and Skinny Rice... 'just like spaghetti...' they ARE NOT! (the nasty konjac noodly things are not sold by Exante, but by another VLCD company called Boosh. Yuck. Stick to Exante extras.)
