Bleurgh
2This was my first soup and I found the texture really odd. It was thick and creamy but in a sickly way (and I love creamy soups and sauces). The flavour wasn't bad but not strong enough to mask the underlying protein powder taste and I felt a bit sick after. Another product I had to force down and the 2nd packet I bought will be going in the bin.

A lovely surprise
5Too be honest I wasn’t really looking forward to trying this meal as I don’t normally like Thai food as I find they are full of lemongrass but I was pleasantly surprised! I loved the flavour and spice of this meal! I’m looking forward to having it again

Red Thai Chicken soup
3Consistency was very thick with only the 200ml water recommended so I had a bit more. It is a very creamy soup, but I didn't find it unpleasant. Filled me up straight away so pleased with this. Next time I will add a bit of soya sauce or a sprinkle more curry or black pepper for more flavour. Definitely not the worst soup I've tasted.

5One of my favourite soups! Nice strong/bold flavour, and one of the most filling soups. I quite like the consistency of it too, would definitely recommend and will buy again!

Not good
1This wasn't to my taste, it tasted far too sweet and creamy. Very sickly, I couldn't finish it.

Red Thai Chicken Soup
4Creamy, no aftertaste, only problem is no taste at all. Added more water than indicated, let it rest for several hours or overnight. Added Thai curry paste.

Delicious with Fish Sauce
5It is excellent. Add a generous splash of fish sauce for a more "authentic" taste. Recommended.

One of my favourites
5This soup is delicious, creamy and with a little kick. I think it needs at least 300ml water, otherwise it is a bit too thick. I put the equivalent of a couple of tablespoons of cold water in a tall plastic beaker, add the the soup powder, and then pour over almost boiling water in a tall plastic beaker and use an electric hand blender and it always comes out very smooth with no bits stuck to the bottom of the beaker. . If I am having trouble in drinking enough water, I double the quantity of almost boiling water and add a couple of drops of Encona Hot Pepper sauce. It's thinner but still delicious.

Favourite soup!
5This is creamy with a bit of spice and has a nice flavour and it’s vegetarian despite the name. I use a small hand whisk to eliminate any lumps (rubbing the handle between both hands to make it spin back and forth) and I always use around 300mls of liquid otherwise it’s too thick. Sometimes I add a splash of Tabasco for an extra kick. The result is smooth and delicious. Yummy.

Super filling
4I really loved the flavour of this. It was slightly spicy which made it feel a bit different, Slightly hard to mix if you don't have a blender but a really good consistency otherwise. I will use this a lot
