Nice for breakfast
4This bar is really nice especially if like me you enjoy nibbling off all of the different layers. Sometimes with these diets things can get a bit tedious consistency-wise and having something crunchy is really satisfying. The only criticism I would have is that this bar is very sweet (like quite a few things I have tried from Exante) and I am really missing some tangy and citric tastes.

4Nice and tasty, I liked that jam on top. But the crunchy part was a bit hard. Still nice to eat something sweet and something that you can actally chew :)

5I love this meal replacement it makes me feel like I am having something really naughty. Its deliciously sweet but not over bearing and really filling definitely my favourite bar.
