Tasty and refreshing
5I personally think all the shakes are very delicious and very tasty i can't just pick out one shake I like the best I personally love them all and they all come with delicious flavours and they are very tasty and they are well worth the money

Strawberry delight
5This is delicious and nutritious and easy to lose the pounds with. I like to use 300mls of warm water sometimes for a lovely change.

Tasty lemon bars
5The lemon bars are my favourite. They're really lemony and chewy and you can take your time with them. They're filling and if you're on the move you can pop one in your bag to have when you want. Love all the bars but lemon definitely my favourite!

5I started 4 week ago weigh was 10stone 5lbs, after three week I'm down to 9 stone 13lb. My favourite shakes are coconut, salted caramel, coffee latte, banana, toffee caramel. I do two shakes am and lunch and around 400 calories dinner, which I cannot always finish. Highly recommended

5Great assortment of shakes I ordered only one two didn't really like is the chocolate orange and the chocolate still tasted powdery but for the rest perfect been on 10 days lost not much but feel better in my self which is a + .

One of the best
5The strawberry shake is one of my favourites. So versatile. Blended with 200ml tastes like McDonald's shake, I blend mine with 500ml water to help with water intake so mine are thinner. Also love to put them in lolly moulds or ice cube trays to snack on or have as a dessert in the evening.
