5My favourite of all the exante products - when I fear I might just stray this is the product I return to. It reminds me of my childhood OK it doesn't have the icecream in it but if I use ice when blending I can barely tell the difference - scrummy

5The shakes with 200ml of water and loads of ice blended is really nice really refreshing they don't taste like a diet product they arnt powdery like other they are smooth and creamy

Yummy Strawberry Shake
5Many years ago I tried another meal replacement shake, and it really wasn't very good. This Exante Strawberry Shake really tastes of strawberries and is so nice to drink especially mixing with chilled water straight from the fridge. I haven't tried chilling it or perhaps making it into a slushie, but it is one of my favourite replacement shakes simply because of the enjoyable taste.

strawberry breakfast
5Exante strawberry skake is my go to breakfast. I feel like I’m treating myself, which keeps me on the road to reversing my type two diabetes. It has a lovely strawberry taste not too strong or too sweet it’s just right. The creamy taste gives a nice full feeling which sets me up well until lunch time. Sometimes I even mix things up a little and have my strawberry shake for lunch but I know whatever time of the day it is, I am going to be happy with my choice of strawberry shake meal replacement.

4I wish I had read the review before making my first shake, its actually doesn't taste bad at all, I was expecting it to be sickly sweet but it actually has a nice hint of salt. I could definitely have this every day, however it really does need to be chilled, or made with ice as the reviews suggested.

Mix with more water
3I have been on this diet for 5 weeks, the shakes are tasty. This shake has been a problem for me in that it somehow takes longer to disperse the powder. do not make the shakes up with only 200 mls of water they will taste awful, 400 mls is a better amount please use a shaker to make them. The flavours are authentic on most of the shakes that I have tasted.

Hard going
4Started on vlcd 2 weeks ago,found it hard going to start with,after 4/5 days was ok.on 3shakes a day, I make the shakes with ice and put in the blender. I find the banana,strawberry,cherries &berries, & caramel latte the best. I find the shakes very pleasant and easy to drink
