5Perfect for anybody on a low calorie, low carbohydrate, high protein diet. If you have a large amount of weight to lose, each shake is tasty and ideal as a replacement for all 3 of your daily meals. Plus, you consume all the necessary nutrients required without the need for supplements, which isn't the case for many very low calorie diets. Also, great as a substitute for your breakfast and/or lunch, if you have a little weight to lose or just want to maintain a healthy weight.

5These shakes are one of my favorites, taste like full fat full sugar ones - no horrible aftertaste and make doing the exante diet easy!!
