5This is genuinely really nice. I have always stuck to the shakes and bars as don’t like any of the savoury packs but was persuaded to try this. It’s fab! Has a good texture, with the soya pieces a welcome addition. The flavour is quite authentic though I do add chilli flakes, teaspoon of soy sauce and some Thai 7 spice (all allowed on TS) and its so good, almost feel like I’ve cheated when I have one! I have run out and currently waiting for a delivery and desperate for them to arrive! Try one you won’t be disappointed.

Definetly one of Exante better meals
5Wasn't sure about buying these as I'm not keen on most of Exante meals but was very impressed and has actually got noodles in too.. I myself not keen on sweet and sour flavour but I do add soya sauce into it which makes a better flavour ..Have at times added Worcester sauce and peri peri just to spice things up..Have one of these everyday and wouldn't be without them..100% recommended ..Wish other exante meals were as nice as this

Worth a try!
5I don't usually like sweet and sour food, but I tried this out of curiosity after seeing the other good reviews, and now this is my absolute favourite meal out of all the meals/shakes/bars! I love this, doesn't taste like diet food. Very nice to have a savoury option to go with the sweet shakes etc. Definitely worth a try if you're not sure!

Tasty and filling
5This is the nicest hot meal I've tried so far. Added some soy sauce and chilli flakes and it was really tasty. More like a curry than sweet and sour but was substantial and I'll definitely order more!

Quite disappointing.
2New to Exante and this is one of my first purchases. Quite disappointed. It doesn't taste like sweet and sour, it's a creamy texture not a crisp and clean texture as sweet n sour should be. However it did fill me.

More sour than sweet
5I like this dish. One of my favourites. Has far less of that powdery after taste than other replacement meals. I tend to add a lot more water than recommended as its then more like a soup with noodles. Personally I like it hotter so I add lots of chilli powder for a kick. Very filling and satisfying.

5Really loved this product - added a chicken stock cube and some chilli flakes. Lovely texture and great taste - really really enjoyed it!

Nothing like this picture!
1The noodles look nothing like the picture. They taste nothing like any sweet and sour I've ever had and they come out looking brown!
