I ordered 24 packets of these as I love sweet and sour, but after trying these I was very disappointed as they tasted disgusting although everyone's taste is different, the other 23 packs have now found a new owner who loves the product, I am very happy with all the other Exante products and would highly recommend this diet to any one who needs to lose weight fast as the range and customer service is excellent, I have lost over 6 stone in 16 weeks and feel great.

Ok, so as another reviewer has said this doesn't look anything like the picture (but then neither did the carbonara!) but thanks to the noodles and the soya pieces it does give you something to chew. I added a good pinch of chilli flakes and ground black pepper just to give it an extra kick and it was really nice, and since the weather is turning colder I'm going to order more NOW!

I have one of these every now and then, I like the texture but the taste could be better, saying that Sometimes I really fancy one! I'm hoping to find out what the allowable extras are on total plan so u Can add to it - like soya sauce or something.

The Sweet & Sour Noodles are my fav meal, very tasty, the size is a child's size but then your on restricted Kcals, and tomorrow you eat healthy food. Really like he Exante Diet and its works I have lost 7lb in two weeks.

I have been really looking forward to this, now I know it isn't going to taste exactly like a sweet and sour so I reserved judgement. Firstly it looked nothing like the picture, I followed the instruction but it turned out a brown mess! It was palatable but by no means nice. I think next time I will add less water. Add some salt and lots of pepper to help with taste.
