5One of my favourite flavours! For a sweet tooth it tastes lovely! I love chocolate etc and this really takes my cravings away and is so satisfying/ filling!

Toffee caramel shake
5I love the creamy toffee caramel taste.. not too sweet but sweet enough to feel like a treat. I love this shake..its really helped me stick to this diet and helped me loose the weight!

5This shake is so yummy, tastes really good with coffee in it to turn it into a frappe sort of drink! I tend to either hav this with breakfast with coffee or for a dessert after my 200 calorie dinners ☺️
