Weird taste
3With so many of the other bars and cookies it has a weird taste I can't put my finger on. Almost a kind of salty baking soda taste. I find that in some of the shakes as well. If they only found a way to not have that in....

V V sweet
2Taste is OK.... but such a pity about the sweetness, which for my palate makes them pretty inedible. I can't see the point of such sweetness; surely one should be aiming reduce sweetness and retrain palates accordingly?

Toffee bar!
2Despite not liking them, I've had quite a few of these now. You see, I'm on the hunt for nuts and raisins. Haven't found any at all yet. Until I do, I can only call this 'Crunchy Toffee Bar'. I think. I've been on Exante for so long I've forgotten what toffee actually tastes like. It's not the worst bar, though! In fact I'd say this resembles a flapjack more than the actual Exante flapjack.

Nut and Raisin Bar
2I much perferred the original bar, the texture and taste dont seem to go together. My hubby on the other hand perferred them.
