Brilliant
5I have been struggling to lose weight for year. I started Exante in January 2 Shakes and 400 cal meal a day . I have lost 2 stone 4 lb and feel great. I hope to lose all my wait over the next 6 months. Thank you Exante

It works for me
5I've been using Exante shakes on and off now for ages and they always work well for me. I'm using them again as I've been plateauing on my calorie controlled diet and want to give myself a bit of a kick start. I always blend my shakes the same way. 1 x shake sachet (normally vanilla) 250mls of water, 3 ice cubes and 100grams of frozen strawberries. Give it a good wizz in the blender and it makes a great thick filling shake. Some may disapprove of this method but 2-3 shakes a day plus a low carb evening meal and the weight drops off. Using a combination of Exante, healthy eating and calorie control, it has allowed me (with much will power) to lose 127 lbs to date. Saying that, it's a hard slog and as you know your mind and circumstances always have to all be aligned for you to set off on a weight loss journey. Good luck to you all.

Excellent Exante
5I have been using Exante products since Aug2018 with amazing results. The packs are very tasty and if you stick to the diet you can lose lbs in the first week
