Salty aftertaste
1Unfortunately I find the shakes have quite a salty bitter aftertaste that I find quite unpleasant particularly on the vanilla one. I know many peoplereally like these but unfortunately they are not for me. Having said that I am really liking a lot of the other products and don't need to use the shakes.

Wow
5Wow wow wow ... this diet is the best ever . I have tried everything. In a matter of weeks I have dropped ....Weight ... bmi ... body fat ... my blood pressure has gone down , I have more energy and I'm sleeping better . I can't fault a thing ... I know what I like and what I don't. We all have different taste buds . I always chose next day delivery and have never had a problem. Special offers every week .

Easy to drink
5This is by far my favourite shake. I don't think I will ever get tired of the flavour. It's plain, goes with everything from matcha tea for a latte or cold coffee for a frappe. Make with ice for a treat.

Really yummy guilt free shake!
5My Husband and I love this shake, it is very creamy and the vanilla taste is yummy. We add a handful of ice with each shake and this makes a guilt-free treat that tastes just like a fast food drink, we mix it in a blender that crushes ice. I split my shakes up, as the human body doesn't recognize it is eating for the first 20 mins I take my time and have 1/4 every 5-10 mins, meaning my body recognizes I am eating. I have lost 18lbs in 3.5 weeks on the plan, I have never lost weight this quickly or easily! Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed
5Switched from a well known brand to exante, love the choice if flavours and meal options. Vanilla was rich and tastey. Make mine with lots of ice and enjoy as a long drink.

The best flavour
5I have tried a lot of milkshakes in my time and I have to this is the best shake by far don’t particularly like all the flavour because I’m a vanilla girl. Overall money well spent!!!

5These shakes are so good! I blended it with ice and I felt like I was having dessert for breakfast! I love it and have already ordered more!
