simply amazing
5The exante range gave me flexibility with my meal plan. Of course like everything else you need that inital will power and self motivation but these products made it easy to carry on. I was use to snacking on carbs and sugary foods and drinks all day so i was worried about my energy levels when i started these shakes as my work requires me to be alert all the time, but while i was on the shake plan i did not feel tired at all. It does contain all the vitamins and minerals that you need. I was probably getting more from the shakes than i was in my normal diet :-) I could see a difference within a few days which motivated me further. I would recommend the exante range to anyone who has that inital motivation which everyone reading this review has :-) Go for it plus the value for money is unbeatable and the products taste really good. I especially like the vanilla milkshake/ chai latte/ chocolate mint and honeycomb and the bars are good too. A meal plan that works.

No fake vanilla taste
4I was worried this might have a really fake vanilla taste (I hate vanilla) but it was actually really nice with just a subtle vanilla taste.

Milk Shake
5Tastes lovely and creamy,first time seemed abit sweet but the next one didn't taste so sweet,love it. Use with hot water as its winter. Has a great taste hot or cold.

NICE
4im not lover of shakes but i love exante shakes this one if u use less water tastes so nice and goes nice smoothness no powdery taste like cambridge dieet will be adding more to my new list thanks exante <3

vanilla shakes
5Ive been using strawberry and vanilla diet shacks for 2 weeks now,i have managed to lose 11 pounds which is excellent, im losing the weight to prepare for stomach surgery,i would recommend this diet to everyone im amazed with the results,i have 4 weeks to lose 2 stone and im sure now i can do it and its so easy to do

5I'll preface this by saying that I love vanilla, but the only shake I've ever liked was the 'old' McDonalds Vanilla milkshake. However this shake is amazing. It's so creamy you'd think it was made with real fresh cream and vanilla pods. It's the first thing I've tried from the Exante diet, and I've used the shaker that I got free with my order. I thought 200ml was a little small, but it thickened up so much, i have to say I'm impressed. I was hungry before I had the shake, but 10 mins afterwards I'm not so hungry anymore. Fingers crossed I can stay the course, but I can say I'm looking forward to my next Vanilla shake.
