Very nice
5So far I've tried this, choc mint and strawberry and this one is surprisingly my favourite so far. It doesn't have as much of a powdery taste as the others and tastes much more like a regular vanilla milkshake. Would recommend.

Like ice cream!
5I don't normally like vanilla flavoured foods, except ice cream! So it was fantastic to find that I actually enjoyed this vanilla shake. I normally make my shakes big, using 500ml water but I tried making with the correct amount of water and lots of ice all whizzed up in a blender. It was lovely! Thick and creamy, almost like a shop bought milkshake. I recommend a good blender, Exantediet and a pretty glass.

Liquid Gold
5I have been following the exante plan fora short while and have tried the majority of the products available. The vanilla shake is by far my favourite. It is the sweetest flavour of the 4 shakes I have tried (vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and banana) so its good for fixing a sugar cravinf without the guilt. Whilst it is made of powder and water, the shake is thick and creamy. Truly delicious. I think it resembles the taste of a caramac bar or the Gold Bar biscuits you could get years ago. I will actually miss having this shake once my exante journey comes to an end. If I ever need to return to exante, this will be the first on my purchase list.

like ice-cream
5have it really cold with ice cubes (optional) its like ice-cream i like to also have it for breakfast it subtle and sweet this is currently my favourite shake numero uno 5over5 i have experimented with coffee yet (i dont usually drink coffee, its just not my cup of tea ;) ) but i think they would make a good combination.

5I don't like milk shakes and I don't like vanilla...so what a surprise when I discovered I really enjoyed this shake and it was so smooth and creamy tasting

5Love it! Tastes just like vanilla ice-cream, which makes it a real treat. First week in and I lost 6.5lbs so this diet REALLY WORKS and I am extremely happy.

not so good
3I made it with coffee, hot. instead of adding milk that is. It tasted very weird. It is creamy and filling but not so great.
