Lovely, warming soup
5This soup is really nice - loads of flavor and texture. I always pick the peas out for a minute before putting them in with the rest - they stay crunchy and almost like a little crouton!

Weird texture
2Thought it’d just be like a thicker cup of soup but it’s really powdery no matter how much you stir and mix it there’s still chunks of powder that just don’t dissolve. Also make sure to pick the peas out as they stay hard.

I love it
5Genuinely love this soup. Even if i came off the diet I would still buy these over everyday 'cup of soups' tastes like a creamy white wine sauce so naturally, i love it!

Vegetable soup
4Flavour is good but I would remove the peas in the soup. They don’t rehydrate much and give a really weird crunchy feeling

Veg Soup 😍
5I was sceptical but this vegetable soup is lovely, the trick is to stir fast as soon as the water goes in! Just the right amount for a small bowl or large mug. Love it!

Sweet and creamy
3If you’re needing something hot then this is a good soup but I just found it a little on the sweet side. I’m not a fan of creamy soups normally so it’s not surprising that this isn’t for me. I always have one in the cupboard in case I need something warming though!

Added 100g of Alaska Pollock
5Eating two meals day and adding pollack increased protein to almost 30g but only adding 65kcal. Vegetable soup and fish were delicious together. Added chilli flakes for heat.

Surprisingly Nice
5Really nice texture and consistency, the flavour was surprisingly good too. My only fault is that it's not as filling as other of exante's meal replacements, but feels nicely light for a late dinner

Practice makes perfect (almost)
4It took a few attempts, but by the third one I had it sussed, for me at least. A little more water, a very long shake and added some finely chopped cooked veg. I used cauliflower. Frozen petit pois work too. Makes a decent filling lunch.
