Raspberry and white choc bar
4Nice on a afternoon with a cuppa normally have one these bars in half mid afternoon there lovely for on go sometimes have one for breakfast too

Yummy!
5I ordered a box of all my favourite bars and shakes. My delivery came the next working day so I was well stocked up and able to continue with the 800 plan. The bestest bar I've ever tasted is the strawberry jam and yogurt bar its not too sweet but definitely feels like a treat.

Tasty and satisfying
5As a new customer, I must admit I was concerned that I may not like the taste of any of the products...how wrong was I? So far, I have really enjoyed everything. The bars are much bigger than the ones I used to buy, and the different flavours are yummy. Particularly like the Lemon bar, as it's light, but fills you up. The banana bread is a more dense, chocolate covered bar with a distinctive sticky banana flavour. I adore the Maple Syrup pancakes. So lovely to be able to stand and cook something hot and very sweet. I sprinkled s little lime juice on mine and it was delicious. I would advise using a really good quality non stick pan to get the best results. The Coffee shake is to die for - and I wish I had bought more, but I'm confident that the other shakes will be just as delicious, so I'm actually looking forward to sampling them all. I do think they are sweeter than other brands I've tried, but I have a very sweet tooth, and am accustomed to the taste of sweeteners already. Very important to me is the price, and this is such good value, especially if you buy the special offers and sales. All in all I'm really happy with my purchase, and am already seeing the weight begin to come off.

5Really love this bar and save them for a real treat takes away the naughty cheat feelings come into head. I find the bars and shakes are amazing and don’t feel like in a diet. My opinion is this diet a real winner
