I’ve been using exante shakes and bars for three weeks now and I love them. The shakes feel me up and the bars make me feel like I’m having a treat. The soups are lovely but in the heat I prefer to keep to shakes. Using these products alongside a 200 calorie meal has helped me lose over a stone already. Would definitely recommend.
