Not Hungry
5Well firstly I have to declare I am not one of the highly inspirational large weight loss people. I only have 6 pounds to lose to restore my BMI back to 23 - 24. When I get too close to 25 I go on a diet or try a healthy eating program. I have been in this routine for over 10 years now, every time I get close to 25 I take action. I have tried just about every diet and healthy eating program going. They all work but generally are only suitable for a short period of time, when the program stops the weight creeps on once more. I want something a little more permanent which fits in with my lifestyle. Now that is part of the problem, I work long hours away from home on the road and frequent stays overnight in hotels. All lead to bad eating habits. My big problems are when I am out the house, so mainly breakfast and Lunch are the issue. This is where Exante fits in a treat. I can stock my car with meal replacements and water and that is enough. If if am lucky enough to gain access to a kettle or microwave even better. But the main thing is I can take out a variety of food which I know will not pile on the pounds or go off sat in my car. I can take extra bars with me which can act as emergency food supply if I am out longer than planned, we have all sat on Motorways in traffic jams and can think of nothing but food. Just now I can nibble a bar rather than pull into the next Motorway services and eat something really high fat/sugar and calories which is probably on a meal deal so I end up with crisps or fries that I really would not normally buy. The meals are a greater variety and format than other meal replacement diets I have tried which is fantastic and makes it easier to stick with long term. The one thing you have to remember is these are meal replacements not normal food, so please don't expect them to taste like your favourite spaghetti bolgonese it will NOT it may remind you of spaghetti bolognese but that is all. The truth is though the meals are generally palatable, in the case of the sweet and sour noodles I add chill sauce and some soy sauce and then I enjoy them, Without the chilli to me they are not edible. You will not like everything but give it a go is all I say. Now the sweet things were a bit of a shock I do not have a lot of sugar and have not had sweeteners for years and avoid all fizzy drinks, as I say I have tried healthy eating and some things have stuck. So to start with the sweet stuff may be very sweet and a very strong taste of sweetener, bonus is I only ever eat 1/2 a bar at a time as it just gets too much for me.But this is enough to keep me full and stop me snacking on other food I really need to avoid. I cannot believe how filling I am finding the meal replacements. Generally I am replacing breakfast and lunch and then having a normal evening meal. This has been sufficient for me to lose about a pound a week which I am happy with. This is still whilst being in hotels a night or two a week and having very little control of the calorific value of the evening meal.

Shake rattle no bowl . .
5Great piece of kit! It is so much better than previous model it really does blend all of the ingredients perfectly creating the most deliciously refreshing smoothie. A superb 10 out of 10 from me!

Star buy
5Having used larger shaker bottles i was interested in this shaker for the size alone. The spring ball used to mix the shake was the icing on the cake. Great size and mixes the powder/water perfectly. It seems like more air gets in to it as the shakes always seem smoother to me which makes them even more delicious. At such a great price i'd highly reccomend to everyone!

The best shaker ever!
5I have bought several shakers to various diets and just general use! This is by far the best one I've purchased! It is small so easy to fit in your bag! The lid fits tightly no leaks at all! The whisk ball is excellent! Shakes and smoothies 100% smooth and no lumps at all! Drinking whole and lid both good size and excellent tightness again no leaks at all! DEFO a must buy product! 100% would recommend!

5What a great bit of kit if your out and about! When I'm out around lunchtime I buy a bottle of water and mix my shake on the go! Great spring to mix them inside! Well worth buying!
