I love this shaker. It has everything I need to have a shake. It has the measurements for water on the side, the handy whisk ball to make the shakes smooth and a spout to drink from. Perfect for me when I don't have loads of time to make a shake and convenient to use at work

I am so happy with this , I bought two. One for the office and one for the car for when out on business trips. Both locations are a little stressful for a secret dieter!
